Go for a nature walk.
When I say this I don't actually mean go on a walk in the woods. Although you could do that , you can also just take ten minutes and walk around your neighborhood, or even head over to your favorite park for a casual stroll. Either way take a couple minutes to breath, and appreciate your surroundings. Trust me it works:)
Do something you love.
You can take an hour, or a whole day. When you need to chill find something that you love or enjoy doing and make time to do so. For me I love shopping, so when I'm feeling stressed I head to the mall. Trust me it may be bad for my bank account, but every once in a while it's worth it. For others that may be reading, or playing a sport. Whatever it is take time away from school work, or work in general to do things you love.
Stretch.
Trust me I know how cliché this sounds, but it works! Even if you have five minutes throughout the day take a couple of minutes and stretch. It releases tension and leaves you feeling refreshed and ready to conquer whatever the day brings you.
Use essential oils.
I recently just started using essential oils, and have fallen in love. I currently have three for headache, de-stress, and sleep. All you have to do is rub some on the back of your wrists, inside of your ankles, and the side of your upper jaw. I will have my favorite brand linked below.
Favorite essential oil
Organize your space.
Sometimes if the space around us is cluttered or not organized, that can make us feel the same. In order to ensure that doesn't happen I recommend taking 10-15 minutes each night before bed to pick up the space around you.
