This year my main goal was to try something new. That something new for me is yoga. When I used to take ballet at my dance studio, we would do yoga for a class each first Thursday of the month. My love for it definitely began there. Personally I find it extremely relaxing and a way where I can just breathe and let my mind rest. Whether I am taking a yoga class with my friend, or just doing it in my room it's extremely relaxing and peaceful. My point being try something new every day take a risk because you never know what you may fall in love with. Even if for you it isn't yoga, maybe it's fishing, or baking, whatever it may be take risks because if we don't try new things we won't find out our interests and dislikes.
