Two weeks ago my school had mid winter break. Which was very well needed. After just returning from nationals and all I needed a break. As you could imagine I wanted to spend it with my sister, so I headed to Charlotte. I got the full college experience throughout the week.
Monday I headed to my first college class with my sister which was Art History (might have been the most boring class ever). Then I headed to Chemistry, which I had absolutely no clue as to anything the professor was saying. After both of those classes I was exhausted. We then headed to Crown, which is their dining hall. I think we can all agree dining hall food isn't that great. So that was my first and last time eating there. I don't think any college experience is fully complete without ordering pizza at 3am. We did that multiple times no worries. Anyways now I am going to share 6 tips on how to survive a week/year/years at college:)

1. Try to get to bed before 3am.
I know this can be hard to do but you will appreciate it the next day. Get rest, it's important:)
2. Order Pizza at least once a week.
Don't live on dining hall food ( personally idk how you could) but order that pizza at midnight every once in a while. Trust me you wont regret it!
3. Get out and explore your campus.
I recommend heading to that Starbucks at your student union. Or go check out that garden on your campus.
4. Sleep in.
Once I got back home it took me a while to get back on my regular schedule lol. That's the thing about college if you don't have that 8AM class sleep in, you deserve it!!!
5. Get out and take pictures.
I say this about everything cause I am truly a picture addict ! I can't stress enough the importance to take pictures to look back on and to have in the future. You won't regret stopping to get that snap!
6. Say Hi.
This is important say hi to everyone you see. Get involved in as many clubs as possible.
