Just these past couple months I realized how important it is to live life to it's fullest. To take everyday we are blessed with and to live that day to it's fullest capacity. Here are a few simple things i've learned these past months.
Sleep in when needed, but for the most part get up early. Eat healthy, but don't completely cut out all your favorite foods. It's ok to have a craving and to satisfy that craving when needed. Stay active. Even if all you can do is workout for 15 minutes it's better than nothing. Have fun. Do something fun everyday. Journal. So when you grow old you have something to look back on. Take care of yourself. Trust your body, it always knows what's best for you. Take naps, our bodies need rest every once in a while. Don't stress on how many followers you have on Instagram. In the grand scheme of things that's not important. Don't judge others. You wouldn't want to be judged. Be kind. That's the greatest gift you can give someone. Don't give into peer pressure. It's a nasty thing in our world. Love everyone you meet. Band hate from your life. Spend time with your family, everyday. Find a best friend. One you can do everything with. Most importantly be YOU. Make your mark in this world. Take every chance and opportunity given.
My inspiration for this post comes from my grandpa. He recently was diagnosed with stage four cancer. It showed me not to take life for granted. I wanted to share this with you all because I hope to create a series on my blog called "Living Life to it's Fullest". In this series i'll be sharing little events mostly done with my grandpa that show us living life to it's fullest. In hopes to inspire you to do the same. Stay tuned to see more:)
